How long will it take for my order to ship?

Accepted Answer

From receipt of your order on this website it will take 1 to 5 working days to process (especially if the item is made to order or personalised).

Your order will then be posted (usually 48hr tracked) with Royal Mail.

Once the order is in the postage system I have no control over it.

Please be aware that busy times (Christmas, Easter, Valentine's and Mother's Day) delivery times through the postal service can take longer.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. It will be automatically calculated at check out.

Can you check the status of my order once shipped?

We only have as much information as is shown on your shipment tracking page. 
If you need more assistance, it is best to contact Royal Mail directly.

Once the package has been shipped, I am not responsible for any delays or delivery issues.

I don't see my order confirmation or shipping confirmation...

Please check your promotional, junk, and spam folders in case the notification has landed there.

Can I change my shipping address?

It may be possible if we haven't created and dispatched your order.

Please get in touch straight away with your order number and correct shipping address, and we will attempt to make this change for you.
