From receipt of your order on this website it will take 1 to 5 working days to process (especially if the item is made to order or personalised).

Your order will then be posted (usually 48hr tracked) with Royal Mail.

Once the order is in the postage system I have no control over it.

Please be aware that busy times (Christmas, Easter, Valentine's and Mother's Day) delivery times through the postal service can take longer.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. It will be automatically calculated at check out.

We only have as much information as is shown on your shipment tracking page.

Once the package has been shipped, I am not responsible for any delays or delivery issues.
